I went to the grocery store and stocked up on some of my favorite healthy foods/snacks.  These are all "staple foods" that I ate when I lost the 12 pounds in the fall while attending WW meetings:

Sugar free Jello cups (60 cal)
Thomas lite multi-grain english muffins
Dannon Lite'n'Fit yogurt (a must have)
Better'n'Eggs egg substitute (great for recipes with eggs)
fat free beef hot dogs
pineapple chunks or tidbits (aside from watermelon, the only fruit I can tolerate)
fat free turkey breast
Bran flakes (Wal-mart GV brand taste better and cost less than Post)
low carb flour tortilla (super high in fiber, very good to make a breakfast burrito)
Bush vegetarian baked beans
veggies (cauliflower, cukes, peppers, mushrooms, etc.)
fat free mayo
Smart Beat squeezable spread (butter in a bottle)
light grape juice
sugar-free bread (Old Tyme wheat) or Wonder white whole grain (both of these have the texture of "real" bread)
